Adobe’s popular Economy Subcompact Sedans, such as the Hyundai Grand i10, or the Chevrolet Beat, are the best economy cars for getting from A to B quickly and affordably. Enjoy 4 doors and space for 4 passengers and 3 pieces of luggage. The 3- or 4-cylinder engines consume less fuel without giving up on power and maneuverability. And standard transmission means better control and bigger savings.
What’s the difference between an economy class and a compact car? Economy cars are slightly smaller than compact versions, yet both offer great fuel efficiency.

All the perks of an economy car rental, Costa Rica
Are you planning the perfect holiday vacation to Costa Rica?
Renting a car is the best way to experience the country. It’s often the most affordable way too, especially if you’re planning a road trip with multiple locations.
Choosing the right car to match your itinerary and budget can be almost as important as deciding where to go.
And finding the right balance between price and perks is important. So how do you know what is the best type of car for your trip to Costa Rica?
Economy rent a car, Costa Rica.
If you’re a family with small children or traveling with a friend or partner, renting a small vehicle may be the perfect choice.
At Adobe Rent a Car, we have the largest fleet of vehicles in the country. And all of our cars are less than two years old. This includes our great selection of economy-sized cars, sedans, and SUVs.
To make the most of your holiday budget, we suggest choosing one of our economic models. Economy cars are known for having excellent fuel efficiency. And they are great cars for city driving because they’re easy to maneuver and park.
In most cases, economy sized cars are smaller than their counterparts. Such as the compact sedan. They even get better gas mileage. Economy class cars get between 30 to 35 miles per gallon (48 to 56 km), while the average compact car gets 25 to 30 mpg (40 to 48 km).
Adobe’s selection of economy vehicles
We know that our customers have different needs and different tastes. That’s why we developed our own line of economy cars for cheap renting, Costa Rica.
You can choose from the following selection of low daily rate vehicles. Each is a little smaller and has a lower rental price than similar cars of the same category.
Economy subcompact sedans such as the Hyundai Grand i10 or Chevrolet Beat. These user-friendly four door models are a breeze to drive and easy on the pocketbook. Choose from automatic or standard transmission. Perfect for up to three adults and three pieces of luggage.
The highly popular Economy SUV Suzuki Jimny is one of our most requested rentals. This small yet efficient standard transmission 4WD powerhouse packs a lot of punch while getting up to 35 mpg (56 km). Perfect for a pair of adults and up to three pieces of luggage.
Although small in stature, our Suzuki Jimny is the best vacation rental option for people needing the extra lift and traction of a 4×4 but not the added price.
Our largest Economy SUV Rental, the automatic transmission Geely GX3, or similar, is a 2WD crossover between an SUV and a full-size sedan. It has the lift and suspension of a regular SUV, but the 1,500cc 4-cylinder engine delivers a fuel consumption of a smaller model.
The Geely GX3 car hire can accommodate two adults and two pieces of luggage comfortably. It’s a perfect alternative to an intermediate, full-size, or premium SUV.
