Adobe’s “beginning on” system

Don’t worry if you need your rental car early in the morning. Adobe Rent a Car offers a vehicle “beginning on” system, which consists of delivering your vehicle to you between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. the day before your rental begins at no additional cost. The official rental period will start the following day at 8:00 a.m. Rental car delivery to the airport or your premises To better serve our corporate clientele, Adobe offers year-round vehicle delivery to your office, business premises, hotel, the Juan Santamaria Airport in Alajuela, or the Daniel Oduber Quirós Airport in Liberia. Vehicle deliveries within 20 km (12 miles) of the Adobe office are free of charge. If you require vehicle delivery to a location outside of the complementary 20 km radius of the Adobe office, or if you’d like to pick up your vehicle at one location and return it to another, please ask your Adobe reservations agent for our drop-off and one-way delivery rates.

Additional driver

As part of our corporate benefits program, Adobe Rent a Car offers free additional drivers. Regardless of the number of drivers.

Global Positioning System (GPS) Navigational Device rentals

Terms:

1. GPS rentals require a $250 deposit to cover any possible damages or loss of the device.
2. Deposit must be made with a credit card.
3. GPS device rentals are subject to availability.
4. Reserve your GPS Navigational Device in advance to ensure availability.

Portable Wi-Fi Hotspot rentals

Terms:

1. Wi-Fi Hotspots can connect up to 10 devices.
2. Provides internet service wherever there is a cell phone signal.
3. Portable Wi-Fi Hotspot rentals are subject to availability.
4. Reserve your Wi-Fi Hotspot in advance to ensure availability.

Other services

The use of infant car seats or boosters is mandatory in Costa Rica for all children under 12 years of age. Contact our Reservation Department for more information at info@adobecar.com

We work with preselected, specialized suppliers to provide roadside assistance to our customers. Rest assured that Adobe is ready to deliver fast and reliable roadside assistance throughout the country, including:

• The most comprehensive coverage option

In addition to Basic Insurance, you can opt for our Smart Insurance plan and enjoy a low deductible of only $100. You can also choose our Total Insurance or Extended Protection Coverage for extra security and a Zero deductible in the event of a collision, rollover, partial or total theft, and damage to the vehicle or a third party.

• Total Insurance from the first time you rent:

You’re not obligated to rent for a minimum of days to enjoy full coverage. And you don’t have to worry about the deductible if there’s damage to the vehicle or a third party. With Total Insurance, your deductible will be ZERO from the first time you rent!

• Minimum # of rental days exceptions:

Only our Minibus rentals have a two-day minimum rental period.

What if my company needs a line of credit?

To apply for credit and opt for the Corporate Benefits Program, please complete the online application form and submit all of the required documents, including copies of the business’s legal entity and representative agent registration documents (personería jurídica and representante legal). It’s possible that financial statements will be requested to verify your credit status. Credit approval generally takes four to five business days. Once the credit is approved, your company can begin enjoying the corporate program using purchase orders.
