– The categories selected to apply for this promotion are:

– The promotion is valid only for rentals with a departure date from the application between October 01 and October 31, 2024.

• All users who make rentals from the App in August 2024, will be left participating in the draw for 2 hours of treatment at Armonia Holistica for two people. There will be 3 winners.
• The promotion is valid only for rentals with a check-out date between August 01 to August 31, 2024, from the App.
• Promotion applies only to members of the Apuntado, Fiebre, and Pro levels.
• Exclusive promotion only for reservations made in the application, does not apply for reservations made by mail, phone call, web page, or other means.

Gift of 1-week free rental

• All users who rent a Hyundai Grand i 10 sedans, category W in July 2024 through the App, will participate in the raffle of 1 free week of rental using the same category with basic coverage. There will be 3 winners.
• The promotion is valid only for rentals with a departure date from the App from July 01 to July 31, 2024.
• Promotion depends on the availability of each office.
• Promotion applies only for Apuntado, Fiebre, and Pro level members.
• Exclusive promotion only for reservations made in the application, does not apply for reservations made by mail, phone call, web page, or other means.

• The free rental week includes the basic coverage, if you wish to purchase the full coverage or extras to the rental the client must pay separately.

• In case of enjoying the free rental week and the category w is not available, the client or user will be granted a higher category with basic coverage.

1. ABOUT THE CONTEST:

Adobe Rent a Car is giving away 3 gift cards for ₡60,000 colones each to be redeemed at Uno Sport stores to all customers who make rentals through the App with departure dates in the month of June 2024.

2. DURATION OF THE CONTEST TO PARTICIPATE:

It will be in force from June 01 to June 30, 2024.

3. MECHANICS OF THE CONTEST:

This contest is only conducted through the ADOBE MÁS application. 

Any person of legal age who has a profile and user in Adobe More and rents any vehicle with a departure date in the month of June 2024 will be able to participate automatically in the contest.

4. RESTRICTIONS AND OTHER CONDITIONS:

There will be 3 winners of a gift card for ₡60,000 each to redeem at Uno Sport stores and will be announced on Tuesday 02 July 2024 by phone and mail. 

If a winning person is not declared, the contest will be immediately inactive and will be communicated on Adobe Rent a Car’s official social networks and to the entire Loyalty Plan database.

5. DURATION OF THE CONTEST TO CLAIM THE PRIZE:

The winner will have 30 business days from the date of the announcement to claim the prize. The winner of the gift card must pick up the gift card at a convenient Adobe office.

Otherwise, if there is no contact with the winner, the prize claim will be considered lost and will be communicated on our official social networks and to the entire Loyalty Plan database.

6. PRIZE CONDITIONS: 

• Gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
• They are not reloadable.
• They can be exchanged in several transactions and at different points of sale.
• If the value of the purchase exceeds the amount charged on the gift card, the customer will pay the difference with any payment method.
• They are redeemable only at Uno Sports stores.
• The purchase of the gift card is effective only at Uno Sports stores.
• The amount of the gift card is ₡60,000 colones.
• It is mandatory to present the physical gift card to make the redemption effective.

7. MODIFICATIONS TO THE RULES:

– Accumulation applies only to rentals with departure dates from May 1 to May 31, 2024.

Apuntado Level (Double Stacking)

• Members of the Apuntado level accumulate $2 instead of $1 for each day of sedan rental.
• Members of the Apuntado level earn $3 instead of $1.5 for each day of SUV rental.

Fiebre Level (Double Stacking)

• Members of the Fiebre level earn $2.5 instead of $1.25 for each day of sedan rental.
• Members of the Fiebre level earn $3.5 instead of $1.75 for each day of SUV rental.

Pro Level (Double Stacking)

• Members of the Pro level earn $3 instead of $1.50 for each day of sedan rental.
• Members of the Pro level earn $4 instead of $2 for each day of SUV rental.

• The maximum royalty for this promotion is 1 blue waterproof bag per customer during the promotion. If the customer rents more than 1 time within March or the range of the dates of this promotion, he/she will no longer receive the exclusive royalty of the app.

Adobe Rent a Car is running a giveaway of an open bar service of Cocktails, where you will be able to choose between 3-5 types of cocktails and up to 3 variations during the service. Unlimited consumption for 3 hours, for a single winner who makes their rentals through the App in February 2024.

2. DURATION OF THE CONTEST TO PARTICIPATE: 

It will be valid from February 01 to February 29, 2024.

3. MECHANICS OF THE CONTEST:

This contest is only conducted through the ADOBE MÁS application.

Any person of legal age who has a profile and user in Adobe More that rents in February 2024 will be able to participate automatically in the contest.

4.   RESTRICTIONS AND OTHER CONDITIONS:

Will be 1 person the winner of a certificate of purchase or royalty of an open bar service from Cocktails Drinks and More, where you can choose between 3-5 types of cocktails and up to 3 variations during the service. Unlimited consumption for 3 hours for 16 people, the winner will be announced on Tuesday 05 March 2024 by phone and mail.

In case a winner is not declared, the contest will be immediately inactive and will be communicated on the official social networks of Adobe Rent a Car and to the entire database of the Loyalty Plan.

5.   DURATION OF THE CONTEST TO CLAIM THE PRIZE:

The person who wins will have 30 business days after the date of the announcement to claim the prize.

 Otherwise, if there is no contact with the winner, the prize claim will be considered lost and will be communicated in our official social networks and to the entire Loyalty Plan database.

6.   PRIZE CONDITIONS:

·  Deadline to make the redemption of the prize is until May 2024.

·  The winner must respect the amount of people in this case the royalty certificate applies for 16 people, in case of exceeding the amount the winner must assume the additional cost directly with the supplier, otherwise the supplier may withdraw from the site for non-compliance with the terms of the draw.

·  The royalty certificate will be sent digitally and must be presented at the time of the redemption with the supplier. 

·  The royalty certificate cannot be exchanged for cash, nor is it transferable to third parties.

·  The royalty certificate is not for commercial use.

DETAILS OF THE SERVICE BY THE SUPPLIER:

·  All necessary equipment, bars and professional equipment is included. In addition, transportation, set-up, clean-up and bilingual, professional and certified service.

·  The rescheduling of the service can be done up to a maximum of 2 occasions and 2 weeks in advance at no additional cost. It is clarified that there is no refund of the advance, however, being something of force majeure can be used for any activity within a calendar year from the date of the event.

·  We offer professional beverage people and support from our staff to provide this service and maintaining health standards. In case of any disrespect or damage to the integrity of the staff (harassment-disrespect) or equipment (theft), the event will be terminated without refund of money in order to avoid any kind of inconvenience, this to maintain the lines of respect and regulations established between both parties. This previously mentioned to the organization of the event.

·  You have the option to try the menu for $150 if you have not booked or $80 if you have already booked.

·  All equipment and glassware (complimentary), ice and fruits are already included in the price for the cocktail service. You can upgrade all supplies for an additional fee.

·  A count of the glassware and tools for the service will be made before and after the event with the organizer. In case of any carelessness or misuse of the glassware or equipment sent as a courtesy for the service, an additional charge will be made, previously coordinated with the organizer or directly with the client.

·  We will use base liquors such as: Old Parr, Flor de Caña 4 years, Bombay, 1800 claro, Smirnoff, etc.

This offer may vary according to: number of participants, number of hours, change of date, change of menu or indications; all of the above must be done with a minimum of 2 weeks.

·  Cocktails Drinks and More is not responsible for the administration of drinks delivered to persons of legal age.
