Adobe Loyalty Plan Promotions Regulations

1. ABOUT THE CONTEST
Adobe Rent a Car is giving away 3 prizes to 3 winners, each consisting of an Yves Rocher kit. This is a Mother’s Day celebration for all customers who make rentals through the Adobe Rent a Car app in August 2025.
2. CONTEST ENTRY PERIOD
The contest will run from August 1st to August 31st, 2025.
3. HOW TO PARTICIPATE
This contest is exclusively run through the ADOBE MÁS app.
Any person of legal age with a profile and user account on Adobe Más who makes a rental in August 2025 will automatically be entered into the contest.
4. RESTRICTIONS AND OTHER CONDITIONS
There will be 3 winners, and they will be announced on Monday, September 1st, 2025, by phone and email.
If no winner is declared, the contest will immediately become inactive and will be communicated on Adobe Rent a Car’s official social media channels and to the entire Loyalty Program database.
5. PRIZE CLAIM PERIOD
The winner will have 30 business days after the announcement date to claim their prize.
If we’re unable to contact the winner, the prize claim will be forfeited, and this will be communicated on our official social media channels and to the entire Loyalty Program database.
6. PRIZE CONDITIONS
• The deadline to pick up the prize is November 30th, 2025.
• Prizes must be picked up at the Adobe Rent a Car office where the winner’s last rental was made.
7. MODIFICATIONS TO THE RULES
Any modifications to these rules will be duly notified publicly through Adobe Rent’s official car website.

Terms and Conditions

• During July 2025, you can enjoy the benefit of renting a Kia Soluto automatic/manual or similar vehicle (Category P – I) at the same price as the Hyundai Grand i10 category. Similarly, you can rent a Hyundai Creta automatic or similar vehicle at the same price as a Hyundai Venue.
• This promotion applies to rentals with a pickup date between July 1st and July 31st, 2025.
• The promotion is subject to availability at each office.
• This promotion is exclusively for Adobe+ members at the “Apuntado,” “Fiebre,” and “Pro” levels.
• This is an exclusive promotion for reservations made via the application only. It does not apply to reservations made by email, phone call, website, or any other means.
• To apply the promotion, you can select it from the PROMOTIONS section or add it when you start the reservation process in the RESERVE section. Please note that the special rate already includes the discount.
• The system has already automatically loaded the discounted price. To enjoy this promotion, simply choose the Kia Soluto automatic or manual, or select the Hyundai Creta automatic or similar.
• The rate does not include insurance. The customer must pay the corresponding amount for each insurance option they choose.

1. ABOUT THE CONTEST:

Adobe Rent a Car is giving away 3 prizes for 3 winners, consisting of Beats headphones and a Garmin Forerunner 165 Music watch, 43 mm, to all customers who rent through the App in June 2025.

2. DURATION OF THE CONTEST TO PARTICIPATE:

It will be in effect from June 01 to June 30, 2025.

3. MECHANICS OF THE CONTEST:

This contest is only conducted through the ADOBE PLUS application. 

Any person of legal age with a profile and user in Adobe Plus that rents in June 2025 will be able to participate automatically in the contest.

4. RESTRICTIONS AND OTHER CONDITIONS:

There will be 3 winners, and the winners will be announced on Monday, July 2do, 2025, by phone and email. If no winner is declared, the contest will be immediately inactive and will be announced on Adobe Rent a Car’s official social media channels and to the entire Loyalty Plan database.

5. DURATION OF THE CONTEST TO CLAIM THE PRIZE:

The winner will have 30 business days after the announcement date to claim the prize.

If no contact is made with the winner, the prize will be considered forfeited, and the winner will be announced on our official social media channels and to the entire Loyalty Plan database.

6. PRIZE CONDITIONS: 

• The prize collection deadline is November 30, 2025.
• Prize collection will be at the Adobe Rent a Car facilities located at the location where the last rental was made.

7. MODIFICATIONS TO THE RULES:

Any modification to this regulation will be duly notified in a public manner through the official website of Adobe Rent a Car.

Extra Dollars

– If you rent through the app during May 2025, you can accumulate dollars in selected categories.

– The selected categories to enjoy the double accumulation are N: Suzuki Swift Dzire Manual or similar, W: Hyundai Grand i10 Automatic or similar, P, I: Kia Soluto manual/automatic or similar, R: Hyundai Creta 2WD Automatic or similar, and B: Suzuki Vitara 4WD Automatic or similar.

– Accumulation applies only to rentals with departure dates from May 1 to May 31, 2025. 

– Categories are subject to availability at each office.

– Promotion applies only to members of the Apuntado level, Fiebre level, and Pro level, with the following conditions:

Apuntado Level (Double Stacking)

• Members of the Apuntado level accumulate $2 instead of $1 for each day of sedan rental.
• Members of the Apuntado level earn $3 instead of $1.5 for each day of SUV rental.

Fiebre Level (Double Stacking)

• Members of the Fiebre level earn $2.5 instead of $1.25 for each day of sedan rental.
• Members of the Fiebre level earn $3.5 instead of $1.75 for each day of SUV rental.

Pro Level (Double Stacking)

• Members of the Pro level earn $3 instead of $1.50 for each day of sedan rental.
• Members of the Pro level earn $4 instead of $2 for each day of SUV rental.

Exclusive promotion is only for reservations made in the application and does not apply to reservations made by mail, phone call, website, or other means.

To apply for the promotion, you can select it from the PROMOTIONS section or add it when starting the reservation process in the RESERVE section.

The execution of this promotion will be done automatically once the contract is closed.

Terms and Conditions – 1 Week Free Rental Giveaway

• All users who rent a Kia Soluto sedan (automatic/manual) or similar, or a Hyundai Creta 2WD automatic or similar, through our app during April 2025, will participate in a raffle for 1 week free rental in the same category with basic coverage. Five winners will be selected. This promotion is valid only for rentals with a pick-up date between April 1st and April 30th, 2025, made through the app.
• Promotion availability is subject to each office’s inventory.
• This promotion is exclusive to members of the Apuntado, Fiebre, and Pro levels.
• Only reservations made through the app are eligible. This offer does not apply to bookings made via email, phone, website, or other channels.
• To participate, you can select the promotion from the “PROMOTIONS” section or add it at the start of the reservation process in the “RESERVE” section. However, once a rental is made in one of the participating categories, your participation will be automatic.
• The free week includes basic coverage. If you wish to purchase additional coverage or extras, these costs must be paid separately.
• The free week rental can be used from May 5th to December 15th, 2025.
• If the promoted category is unavailable when redeeming the free week, a higher category with basic coverage will be offered.
• The 5 winners will be announced on May 5th, 2025, through the official Adobe Rent a Car channels.
