At Adobe, we take conservation to heart. We’re proud to support Adopt Rainforest, a nonprofit conservation initiative in southern Costa Rica. Their mission aligns seamlessly with ours: protecting nature, uplifting local communities, and building a sustainable future for all.

As part of our commitment to social responsibility, we look for ways to give back to the country we call home. Through transportation support and awareness-building, we’re helping this project reach further and grow stronger.

How Adobe Rent a Car Helps

Organizations that work with nature in Costa Rica often operate in remote regions and face logistical challenges. Transportation is crucial—from navigating rugged terrain to transporting tools, supplies, and research equipment.

While vehicle donation for nonprofits isn’t part of our model, to help overcome these hurdles, we at Adobe Rent a Car lend vehicles that meet the needs of these ambitious, on-the-ground missions. Through our support program, Adobe Rent a Car lends vehicles to groups like Adopt Rainforest. This helps them get into the forest, do their daily work, and take care of nature more easily.

It’s a practical solution that reflects our core values. By supporting environmental nonprofits, we also support the ecosystems, natural resources, and communities they protect, making a direct and lasting positive impact.

About the Adopt Rainforest Project

Adopt Rainforest allows people to adopt a section of rainforest. This helps protect nature and supports one of the most diverse areas in Central America.

The land is home to a variety of endangered species, from vibrant tree frogs to majestic jaguars.

The region’s unique plants and animals play a vital role in the health of the planet’s ecosystem. But this is more than a conservation effort, it’s a movement driven by science, education, and community.

• Over 275 hectares of protected areas already safeguarded
• More than 30,000 native trees have been planted to restore damaged ecosystems
• A thriving research project involving students from across the globe
• Environmental workshops for schoolchildren and teens
• New, sustainable jobs created for local residents
