• Membership Tiers: Only members of the Apuntado, Fiebre, and Pro tiers are eligible.
• Limitations: Each customer is entitled to a maximum of one (1) insulated tumbler with a built-in speaker during the promotion period. Customers who rent more than once in January will only receive the gift once.
• Exclusive Channel: This promotion is valid only for reservations made through the app. It does not apply to reservations made via email, phone call, website, or other channels.

Promotion Rules: EXCLUSIVE TO ADOBE+

• 1. ABOUT THE CONTEST:

Adobe Rent a Car is launching an exclusive promotion for Adobe Más users. All customers who complete a rental through the app during the month of March 2026 will be automatically entered into a giveaway for two (2) Volaris airline tickets to travel from San José, Costa Rica, to La Paz, Mexico.

• 1. CONTEST VALIDITY:

The promotion is valid from March 1st to March 31st, 2026.

3. HOW TO ENTER:

• Entry is exclusive to registered users of the Adobe Más app.
• All legal adults (18+) who complete a rental within the promotional period will be automatically entered.

4. RESTRICTIONS AND CONDITIONS:

• There will be one (1) single winner, who will be announced during the first week of April 2026 via email or phone call.
• The winner is responsible for complying with all legal requirements for the destination country (including vaccines, passports, visas, etc.).
• The cost of the tickets must not exceed a budget of USD $800 per ticket with Volaris, with a total available budget of USD $1,600 for both tickets. If the total cost exceeds this amount, the winner must pay the difference.
• During peak seasons or holidays, airline tickets are subject to availability; Adobe Rent a Car is not responsible for seat flight availability.
• Tickets are non-transferable and must be purchased through Adobe Rent a Car.
• If a winner is not declared, the contest will be canceled, and this decision will be communicated via Adobe Rent a Car’s official social media and Loyalty Plan database.

5. PRIZE CLAIM PERIOD:

• The winner will have one (1) year from the announcement date to claim the prize.
• If contact cannot be established with the winner within this period, the prize will be considered forfeited, and public notification will be made on official social media channels and the Loyalty Plan database.

6. PRIZE DEADLINE:

• The final deadline to complete the travel/claim the prize is November 30, 2027.

7. MODIFICATIONS TO THE RULES:

• Any amendments to these rules and regulations will be published in a timely manner on the official Adobe Rent a Car website.

8. ADDITIONAL DISCLOSURES:

• Adobe Rent a Car is not responsible for additional expenses related to the use of the tickets, such as ground transportation, lodging, travel insurance, or itinerary changes.
• By participating, customers automatically accept the terms and conditions of the contest, as well as the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes should they win.

• To redeem this offer, you can select it in the PROMOTIONS section or add it at the start of the booking process in the RESERVE section.
• The discount will be applied automatically once selected, provided the rental period is at least 4 days.

Dollars Extras

During the month of May 2026, you can enjoy the benefit of earning dollars in selected categories when renting through the App.

The selected categories eligible for double accumulation are W: Hyundai Grand i10 Automatic or similar, I: Kia Soluto automatic or similar, and R: Hyundai Creta 2WD Automatic or similar.

This benefit applies only to rentals with pick-up dates between May 4 and May 31, 2026.

Categories are subject to availability at each location.

Promotion applies exclusively to Apuntado, Fiebre, and Pro tier members, under the following conditions:

Apuntado level (Double Accumulation)

• Apuntado members earn $2 instead of $1 per rental day for a Sedan.
• Apuntado members earn $3 instead of $1.5 per rental day for an SUV.

Fiebre level (Double Accumulation)

• Fiebre members earn $2.5 instead of $1.25 per rental day for a Sedan.
• Fiebre members earn $3.5 instead of $1.75 per rental day for an SUV.

Pro level (Double Accumulation)

• Pro members earn $3 instead of $1.50 per rental day for a Sedan.
• Pro members earn $4 instead of $2 per rental day for an SUV.

This promotion is exclusive to reservations made through the App. It does not apply to reservations made via email, phone call, website, or any other means.

To apply for the promotion, you can select it in the PROMOTIONS section or add it at the start of the booking process in the RESERVE section.

The promotional credits will be applied automatically once the rental contract is closed.

PROMOTION JUNE 2026

Terms and Conditions:

• Eligibility: This promotion is valid for all customers who place bookings through the mobile app during June 2026.
• Rental Period: Applies exclusively to rentals with pick-up dates between June 1 and June 30, 2026.
• Membership Tiers: All customers in the Apuntado, Fiebre, and Pro tiers are eligible to participate. The more rentals completed during the month, the higher the chances of winning.
• About the Prize: There will be 3 winners in this promotion, who will enjoy:
  • a) A complimentary FIFA World Cup 26™ Trionda match ball.
  • b) 3 rental days with basic coverage for use during the months of July, September, October, and November 2026, in the category where the customer has the highest number of rental days.
  • c) A $30 USD credit manually applied to their App user account to be used toward future rentals.
• Exclusive Channel: This promotion is strictly valid for bookings made through the app. It does not apply to bookings made via email, phone call, website, or any other channels.
• Draw Date: Winners will be randomly drawn from all bookings made during the month of June 2026. Winners will be notified via phone and email on July 2, 2026.
• How to Participate:

PROMOTION JULY 2026

Terms and Conditions:

• Eligibility: This promotion is valid for all customers who place bookings through the mobile app during July 2026.
• Rental Period: Applies exclusively to rentals with pick-up dates between July 1 and July 31, 2026.
• Membership Tiers: All customers in the Apuntado, Fiebre, and Pro tiers are eligible to participate; the more rentals made during the month, the higher the chances of winning.
• About the Prize: There will be 3 winners for this promotion, who will enjoy:

1. A complimentary replica of the FIFA World Cup 26 Trionda match ball.
2. 3 free rental days with basic coverage, to be used during the months of July, September, October, and November 2026, in the vehicle category where the customer has accumulated the most rental days.
3. A $30 USD credit that will be manually applied to their App user profile to be used for future rentals.

• Exclusive Channel: This promotion is valid only for reservations made through the application. It does not apply to reservations made via email, phone call, website, or other channels.
• Award Date: Winners will be randomly drawn from all reservations made during the month of July 2026. The winners will be contacted via phone and email on August 3rd, 2026.

AUGUST 2026 PROMOTION

Terms and Conditions:

• Eligibility: This promotion is valid for all registered Adobe+ App users who make bookings and rentals through the app during August 2026.
• Rental Period: Applies exclusively to rentals made between August 1 and August 31, 2026.
• Membership Levels: All clients in the Apuntado, Fiebre, and Pro levels may participate, and the more rentals they complete during the month, the greater their chance of winning.
• Mechanics: For each rental made exclusively through the Adobe+ App during August 2026, the user earns one electronic entry.
• About the prize: There will be one single winner who will enjoy one round-trip airline ticket for two (2) people to the magical city of Orlando, United States. The winner will be announced during the first week of September 2026 via email or phone call.
• Winner requirements: The winner is responsible for complying with all legal and travel requirements for the destination country (United States), including a valid passport, a valid U.S. visa, and any immigration or health requirements.
• Prize conditions: Tickets are non-transferable and must be purchased through Adobe Rent a Car. During peak seasons they are subject to availability. The final deadline to use the trip is November 30, 2027.
• Additional disclosures: Adobe Rent a Car is not responsible for additional expenses related to the use of the tickets, such as ground transportation, lodging, theme park or attraction tickets, travel insurance, departure taxes, or itinerary changes.
• Exclusive channel: This promotion is valid only for bookings made through the Adobe+ App.

3X2 PROMOTION

Applies to: Direct National Customers, Solidarity Association Members and Corporate Clients

Benefit

Rent a car for three days and get one day free from Thursday, August 27 to Monday, August 31, 2026.

Terms & Conditions

• Promotion applies to reservations with departure dates from August 27 to August 31, 2026.
• Prior reservation required.
• Applies only to selected vehicle categories.
• Subject to vehicle availability.
• Valid at any Adobe Rent a Car location.
• If other promotions are active, the customer may only use one; promotions cannot be combined.
• Promotion applies only to direct national customers (solidarity association members and corporate clients).
• Home/hotel delivery is not available with this promotion; customers must pick up and return vehicles directly at Adobe Rent a Car offices.
• Grace period / delayed start rates do not apply.

SEPTEMBER 2026 PROMOTION

Terms and Conditions:

1. ORGANIZER: This promotion is organized by Rente un Auto Esmeralda S.A. (hereinafter “The Organizer”), in order to reward customer loyalty through its mobile application.
2. ELIGIBILITY: All natural persons over 23 years of age, holding a valid driver’s license and a valid credit card, who complete a successful vehicle reservation and rental through The Organizer’s official mobile application during the promotional period, may participate.
3. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD: The promotion will begin on September 1, 2026, and end on September 30, 2026.
4. MECHANICS OF PARTICIPATION:
   • For each rental successfully made and completed through the app during the promotional period, the customer will accumulate one (1) electronic entry for the raffle.
   • The higher the number of completed rentals in the app, the greater the number of entries accumulated by the user.
   • Canceled or unfulfilled reservations will not qualify for the raffle.
5. PRIZE:
   • The prize consists of a total accumulated amount of $205 USD, which will be divided equally between two (2) winners, with each receiving a $102.50 USD bonus ($103 USD applied as benefit).
   • The prize will consist of a manual credit of the amount directly to the winner’s user profile in the application to be applied toward future vehicle rentals with The Organizer.
   • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods.
6. WINNER SELECTION AND RAFFLE:
   • The raffle will be conducted randomly on October 1, 2026.
   • Two (2) main winners will be chosen.
   • Winners will be contacted via the email address or phone number registered in their app account.
7. GENERAL RESTRICTIONS AND CONDITIONS:
   • Employees of The Organizer are not eligible to participate.
   • The Organizer reserves the right to suspend or modify the promotion due to force majeure or detected fraud.
