{"id":16690,"date":"2021-12-01T21:11:32","date_gmt":"2021-12-02T03:11:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.adobecar.com\/?page_id=16690"},"modified":"2024-03-21T22:54:59","modified_gmt":"2024-03-22T04:54:59","slug":"terms-and-conditions","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.adobecar.com\/en\/terms-and-conditions\/","title":{"rendered":"Terms and conditions"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Terms and conditions\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Royalty of 1 free day of rent to redeem during the birthday month<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If you are part of the Adobe M\u00e1s (Adobe+) Loyalty Plan you can make use of a royalty of 1 free rental day regardless of the level in which you are a member in the Adobe M\u00e1s (Adobe+) App to redeem during your month of birthday.<\/li>\n<li>Royalty applies for minimum rentals of 3 days.<\/li>\n<li>This royalty can only be used in the month of the person&#8217;s birthday.<\/li>\n<li>In order to enjoy this benefit, the person or member of the loyalty plan who rents must be the main driver of the vehicle.<\/li>\n<li>To redeem this benefit, the client must present a valid identity card in good condition.<\/li>\n<li>At the time of exchanging this royalty, one of our agents will confirm that it really is the month of your birthday in order to apply for the benefit.<\/li>\n<li>To redeem this benefit you must be the main cardholder of the credit card.<\/li>\n<li>Applies to any Adobe Rent a Car office nationwide.<\/li>\n<li>Promotion applies to members of Levels: Apuntado, Fiebre and Pro.<\/li>\n<li>Exclusive promotion only for reservations made in the application, does not apply to reservations made by mail, phone call, website, or other means.<\/li>\n<li>To apply for the promotion, you must mention this benefit so that one of our agents can verify the information and you can opt for this benefit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0Royalty Benefit for Apuntado Level:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 day of free rental equivalent to $40 dollars of rent on the rental of a redeemable vehicle in the month of your birthday (Subject to availability).
