Effective as Of
We can deliver the rented vehicle after 4:00 pm the day before your planned day of rent, without any charge.
If you use this benefit, the rental period will start the next day at 8:00 am.
Additional driver
For the corporate client, the additional driver is free.
Vehicle Delivery
1.- Free delivery of the rented vehicle in your office premises, whenever they are close to Adobe Rent a Car offices.
2.- We do not deliver vehicles at homes.
3.- In exceptional cases, when the offices are very distant from any of Adobe Rent a Car´s offices, a delivery charge will apply. Please consult.
Car and Driver Program
Cost: please consult the Reservations Department for a quote
Includes:
1.- Billingual driver: english, german or french.
2.- Food and lodging costs of the driver.
3.- Full coverage for the vehicle with US$0 deductible.
4.- No deposit for the deductible is required.
5.- Cellular rental
Conditions:
1.- A minimum of 3 consecutive days rental is required.
2.- The driver should not work more than 8 hours.
3.- Fuel is not included in the costs.
Points Plan
1.- For every day of vehicle rental with Adobe Rent a Car, your company will receive one point, that will have an equivalent value in dollars.
2.- Every point is equivalent to US$2.1.
3.- The points can be exchanged with rentals of any vehicle category, coverage payment or Zafaditas.
4.- The client only needs to inform that the points will be used as a way of payment, in order to reduce the respective amount from the account.
5.- You can find the status of your points in the Online Platform Services.
This is the most convenient Points Program in the market.
Specialized Road Assistance
This service is free for this market
It includes
1.- Towage service for the rented vehicle, when involved in an event.
2.- Continued trip service for the client to the next destination. This is done with a taxi.
3.- Basic road assistance at the site.
4.- Locksmith service in case of misplaced or keys inside the vehicle.
5.- Ambulance service, in case of a medical emergency due to an accident.
6.- 24 hour service.
7.- Billingual receptionist.
Excludes
1.- Tire change.
Other
1.- Rental of Baby seat: US$3 per day.
2.- Rental of booster seat: US$1 per day. The use of booster seat is mandatory in Costa Rica for children 4 to 12 years.
