Rental Requirements
1. Valid passport with immigration stamps of no more than 90 days in the country.
2. Original and valid driver license.
3. Older than 23 years.
4. Deposit with valid credit card.
5. The credit card holder should be the same person as the renter.
Reservation
1. To guarantee a reservation, a credit card should be given.
2. A reservation will be cancelled if there is no purchase order of credit card to guarantee it.
3. We recommend you to make your reservations on the Online Services Platform.
4. The reservation must be complete: delivery place, return place, hours, etc.
Reservations: Terms & Conditions
1. Each rental period is 24 hours.
2. Rates do not suffer seasonal fluctuations during the year.
3. Free milleage.
4. Minimum rental: 1 day.
5. The vehicle must be returned with the same amount of fuel as it was received.
6. After 4 hours of late car return, you will be charged with the daily rate.
7. The additional driver is free.
8. Only credit cards are accepted for the deposit.
9. No debit cards or cash are accepted for the deposit.
Cancellation Policy
1. Any cancellation has to be done 72 hours previous to the established rental.
2. If there is a no show, there will be a charge of one rental day.
